Applying takes about 10 minutes. Have photos of your documents ready; our team reviews applications and will contact you or your guarantor.

Questions riders ask
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. There is no sign-up fee, no monthly fee and no deposit.
How and when do I get paid?
Your share of the delivery fee is added to your rider wallet as soon as you enter the customer's delivery code. Withdraw from ₦1,000 upwards to your bank account any time; transfers usually arrive within minutes.
Do I handle cash?
No. Customers pay online when they order, so you never collect money at the door.
Can I reject a delivery?
Yes. You only take the jobs you accept. If something goes wrong before pickup you can release a job so another rider takes it. Releases are recorded, and riders who release often may be reviewed.
What if the customer is not around?
Call them from the app. If you still cannot reach them, contact Bizmaize support from the app and we will tell you what to do.
Do I need to download anything?
No download needed. The rider app works in your phone's browser; add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. Keep it open while you are online so customers can see where you are.
How long does approval take?
We review applications as quickly as we can and notify you by email and in the app once you are approved.
